How to Hynotize a Willing Subject
Hypnotising a willing subject is actually a very simple process. Since the person wants to be hypnotized to begin with, their subconscious will be highly responsive to any suggestions you give them, and they’ll follow your directions.
There is a simple 6 step process that’s used when first beginning to hypnotize someone. You can use it too by practicing on a willing friend or family member.
The 6 Step Process
1. First of all, you want to make sure the person is relaxed. Laying down on a bed or sitting in a chair is ideal. Make sure you’re somewhere quiet, where there’s not much of a chance that you will be disturbed.
2. For the second step, you want to tell the person that they will be in control the entire time and they will feel themselves becoming deeply relaxed. You could say something such as “and as you listen to my voice, you will feel your body becoming deeply relaxed now”.
